Wavestream’s Service Center Certification Program was created to certify regional centers annually to provide technical support and repair services for Wavestream Solid State Power Amplifiers (SSPAs) and Block Upconverters (BUCs). This growing worldwide network of highly qualified, highly trained technical experts can provide timely service and support for any Wavestream product.

Companies listed here been evaluated, trained and certified by Wavestream to provide Level 1 customer support, to include:

• 24 hour, 7 day a week telephone and electronic troubleshooting
• External diagnostics
• Warranty and Return Materials Authorization (RMA) coordination
• Stock product inventory to support rapid service exchange
